Exactly ! we have the talent , as good as anyone else in the league ,weare just a horribly coached team from top to botton . Offense , defense and specila teams we are just a badly coached team .

Yes, coaching isn't a strong point on this team, but if you think we have the talent of any other team in the league you are dreaming. We've got a few players that are pro bowl caliber, but that's about it.

I hate to say it but that's probably a good thing. This season is done, our coaches are done. We need the next group to have the draft position to target exactly what they want to fix this bunch.
