I'm a level 10 RG but my owner doesn't want to trade me (for good reason, I led the team in pancakes) and I'm signed to a long-term contract, something like 3 seasons. And with the new team chemistry thing coming into play, I doubt I'll be traded anytime soon.

Tell your owner you would like to be traded before the season starts. We can get it done before the chemistry comes into play. Both starting guards are my guys and I will trade one of them for you along with some cash as long as it isn't too much. Let me know ASAP so we can get something ironed out before the chemistry thing kicks in.

ETA: one of them is a level 9 player so it wouldn't be a big step down.

I would sign him, but we already have a K so you would get no playing time which isn't fair to you.

Looks like there has been a change and we may be in need of a couple more players.

It looks like we are going to need a Backup FB, backup T, backup G, backup DT and backup SS.

Keep in mind these positions will be backups, but you will still get plenty of playing time with the possibility of becoming a starter in the future. PM me ore post here if you have a player in one of these postions and wouldn't mind being a backup. We have a very good team and a very good message board.
