Did you forget we have one of the worst offenses in the NFL. Defense can't win you every game man. So record tells even more of a misleading story. We're talking about the defense. Not the team. To criticize our defense and then point to the record is a pretty strange way to judge our defense. Our record wasn't because of the defense. So that makes zero senseLaserman wrote:Stats tell a misleading story, Our record tells a different story. Stats don't get you into the playoffs, wins do. You take the stats, I'll take the record. 2-for-3 today in the red zone, with a field goal the other trip.HardcoreVikesFan wrote:We scored in the red zone! Yay
Lol the fact that we are top in the NFL in points against even after two bad games DOES show that this is one of the better defenses. If two bad games that you continue to complain about don't effect the points against margin all that much, it shows we were one of the better defensesHardcoreVikesFan wrote: LMAO. It is not an opinion to say we have been abysmal against the run today. It is fact buddy.
Moreover, your OPINION the defense is one of the best in the NFL isn't a fact. 79 points in two straight losses says otherwise.
And once again, Sam Bradford wasn't the problem. Or even close to being the problem. So what does that proveLaserman wrote:Bradford Best year ever 20 TD 4 Interceptions , but an 8-8 season. Stats can often mislead. Stats are INDICATORS , not the whole story
Man, you're pretty annoying today. Clearly this wasn't a great year for the team (8-8 most likely). Bradford is a bright spot, though, which his stats indicate. As Mothman stated - it's been our best QB play since Favre and he had 12 different offensive linemen all year and didn't start the first game. It's something to build on for next year.Laserman wrote:Bradford Best year ever 20 TD 4 Interceptions , but an 8-8 season. Stats can often mislead. Stats are INDICATORS , not the whole story
Nice half for Bradford with a 141.7 rating, 188 yards, 3 TDs and 24 yards rushing.Pondering Her Percy wrote: And once again, Sam Bradford wasn't the problem. Or even close to being the problem. So what does that prove
