Houston paid so much attention to AP that they allowed Christian Ponder of all people to beat them.
!!! Never! I give Musgrave more credit than Ponder. Those shifts and the game plan going in was pretty damn good. How often does he call that play action that leaves Rudolph wide open? So Ponder can complete his one yard pass? Maybe Musgrave shouldn't go! Be nice to see what he can do with a real QB!

The Dome would explode with joy for him if it were to happen. Even the 50% of fans there rooting for the Pack would have to give him his due on that one.
of course I'm rooting against AD to break the record. Last time he got 208 yards against us. I expect Capers to & our D to hold him under 100 yards. But should he break the record u have to give him his due & the respect. We've held him under 100 yards before & though it will be tough we can do it again

The majority of the time he was stopped in the backfield. One thing the Texans were NOT doing was missing many tackles on Peterson in the backfield.
Yes but that's by design. The majority of the time you're going to be stopped behind the line, you just need one or two times where you make it to that second level and from there you break off a long run. St. Louis for example, stopped AD cold on his first 8 runs. Then he made it to the second level on his 9th carry, no safety, and he was gone.

He could run the distance between Minneapolis and Green Bay. That'd work. :-)
