God I get so sick of seeing Ponder look like he is going to throw the ball downfield and then either check down or try to run!

Okay, how about Dungy? Listen, being a sparkplug on the sideline does not in any way make you a better coach. Being a better coach makes you a better coach. Now, it's fine if you want to criticize his decision-making, or game planning, or preparation, because those things DO make a significant difference.
