The defense is what won the game. Robison had a great game. We advance to 5-2. A great record.
I'd say it was the defense and the running game. Peterson was the offense today.

Got some great effort out of our young D today, though not as lights out as they've been known to play in previous weeks. We really need to add one or two more deep WR threats through the draft. Got plenty to clean up before meeting the Bucs.

The confusion at the end of the game was troubling. Who was responsible for the Vikings considering a field goal attempt with just 14 seconds left? That was just mind boggling.

A win is a win is a win. 5-2. Go Vikes!

The only ugly part of this game was Christian Ponder's scrambled brains scramble throws and some truly putrid offensive coaching. This is what our defense did, by the way.
Forced and recovered a fumble
Intercepted and Pick 6ed
4th and 2 stop
7 sacks!
Did you think our defensive performance was ugly?

From Twitter:

Ponder said his INT before the half was an attempted throwaway. Arm got hit. Frazier said hope was drive for field goal. OK then. #Vikings

Drive for field goal in 19 seconds? On the 13 yard line? Run a safe play or two and take a knee you dummies. That interception could have been Pick 6ed, sack and fumble and Scoop and Score, running back could fumble or get injured, could have made the field goal, etc.
Go into half time with a touchdown lead at home. Duh!

All the points aside...we won. And as a med student whose life revolves around studying, and this is one of the few forms of entertainment scheduled in...I just wanna go back to the library a happy person, and to that effect I'll take a win however I can.

Against a terrible cardinals offense with their backup QB.

Wasn't Skelton labeled the starter at the beginning of the season and is arguably a better QB then Kolb? Didn't the Cardinals, with their terrible offense beat the Patriots in their own house? Or are they just a team that isn't based around its offense but its defense as the NFC West has 3 defense in the top 5 for total ppg.
You're using a teams weakness as an excuse to downplay a team without factoring in what has made them 4-2 in the first place.

Oh yeah, I should be excited. This is another building block on the way to our first Super Bowl ever.
We'll never win anything meaningful with this bum as the leader of the team.

I will give them credit. Both of their QB's are better than Ponder.

That is correct. Arizona was getting their starter back, not playing their backup.
The fact that they both suck is another story.
