What the hell does that mean? Teddy played a HUGE part in that comeback. He made the right read and took a chance on that throw to CJ. That's what good QBs do - trust their WRs in the clutch.chicagopurple wrote:Man Zim needs to take Teddy to the woodshed

Nice to see Charles Johnson making the key play on the last drive... we need a big guy who can do exactly that in clutch situations.

I agree it's a good day with the win, but Teddy was still pretty poor! Not sure what it is, but he's not building on his play late last season.PurpleKoolaid wrote: Take your hate somewhere else. We won. In Chi Town, first time since 2007. Its a good day.
A win on the road, in the division is always a great thing even when it wasn't a great game!

First of all...
I'm in a good mood, but this annoyed me...It's much ado about nothing and usually this slides, but after how you went way out of your way to express disdain to come right back with that comment..Nah..I'll at least mention it, whether others care about it or not.
Teddy sucked today, but in situations like that, you need to have your teammates make a play for you and with the ability of Diggs and Johnson, throwing it up to a spot where only Johnson can catch it, isn't a bad decision. Teddy threw it where it needed to be and dammit...His receiver made a play for him.chicagopurple wrote:Another crappy throw.....teddy is lucky
Secondly...This bothers me. You were on your high horse not too long ago about AP and his disciplinary ways, yet it's clear there's something else to it with a comment like this.chicagopurple wrote:Man Zim needs to take Teddy to the woodshed

Good teams can win with grit when not playing their best game. Say what you will about Bridgewater's play today but this team gutted out a tough road division win.

I didnt think it was ugly, it reminded me of the games when both the Vikes and Bears had good games. Some huge plays game us that win. I thought it was pretty awesome.halfgiz wrote: True Dat...

Good call PNW. Tons of hate in that comment and it is clearly not just football related.PacificNorseWest wrote:First of all...

I bet Jim is pleased as punch. I am glad for him, he has endured a lot in enemy territory.PurpleKoolaid wrote: Take your hate somewhere else. We won. In Chi Town, first time since 2007. Its a good day.

Don't hate on my Buckeyes. Some of the best Vikings went to Ohio State.
Including now, HOF WR #80 Cris Carter

Vikes better start qb shopping again. Teddy is just gonna not gonna be a franchise guy. Even with a good o line he does not have the arm or accuracy to be a stud. First off i dont care what happened at his pro day. Lose the god dang gloves. No way anyone can throw consistent with those Things on. I really was hoping TB would prove me wrong this year but he is not our answer long term. I hope to eat crow but as of now he is not, proving it.
