The exact same thing can be said about Joe Webb. He had one good game against the Eagles in 2010 and many thought he was the franchise's savior.purplehaze wrote: And neither was Check Down Charlie. Because you can't win in the NFL without it. The fact is, no one knows how good or bad he would be if he was given the same opportunities as TJ or Ponder.
I can say one thing, he looked pretty good when he was running. 7 for 68 doesn't sound like a joke to me. I don't know why they forced the passing game on him.

The OC/QB coach aren't the problem. Webb is a bum. And Ponder is below average. It doesn't matter who their coaches are...DarthBrooks wrote:I think a new AV might be in order.
