The NFL talk before games, so for this game they see a vikes team that is 1-6 with no chance in the playoffs against the cowboys, who are 4-4 who need a win, so they call the refs and say hey you want a bonus, call everything against the vikings

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if there were some "hints" given to refs sometimes. In all sports, BTW, not just NFL. You know it happens in the NBA, MLB has their share of pathetic umpires as well.
