Really? I had the same question. I didn't know about that rule.

Impressed with Teddy today. 2 weeks in a row he rebounded and finished VERY strong. Good for him.
Offense is still too slow at the beginning of games, better in the second half.

that's the kind of win that can inspire hope! Our defense didn't have it's best outing today and the anemic offense finally got in stride and picked the defense out of a hole!
4-5 going into the bye, can't be too upset with that! Lets hope we can use this as a momentum builder and kick the Bears #### at soldier field where they have yet to win a game all year

Glad to see the team as a whole put together a nice second half for the win. Some good momentum going into the bye with two tough wins

Teddy outplayed RGIII today. Both in stats and clutch plays.
It is pretty clear that if Teddy gets a little time he can be awesome.

Really? I've never heard of that rule. (Which doesn't mean you're wrong.) Weird.

How bitter is the Buffalo game? We could have a winning record. Sorry, hate to be the downer

Nice win!
Teddy really looked solid from what I saw (started watching at 10-0 right when RG3 made his INT). Asiata was a beast! TEs looked solid too.

what would the benefit of taking a delay of game penalty be in that instance anyways?

I don't think that is correct.

One less second and save the TO? Pretty minimal. Unless having 5 more yards to work with on the punt would help too.

Well, it took them a year and a half but the Vikes finally got back-to-back wins again! Well done. I love the resiliency they showed today after missing some big opportunities early. They took every punch the Redskins delivered and then punched back. It's a shame they couldn't quite close out that Buffalo game or they'd be at .500 right now. Still, the Bears have struggled lately so that's going to be a winnable game and I'll be there so they'd better win it. at 4-5, with 7 weeks left, this team can still get themselves into the playoff mix.
From what I saw and heard, Floyd was amazing today. He had a strong game last week too. Between him and Griffen, we may be seeing a dominant right side of the DL developing...

Give him more room to punt. With Locke, he could kick fro mthe other endzone and get a touch back, but the idea is to make it "harder" to get a touch back.

Why save the TO at that point in the game by sacrificing field position? Really just not worth it.

Idk, that's kinda reaching imo. The timeout at that point makes no difference. 1 second the same.
