The forward motion rule was not taken out this year - if a qb starts his throwing motion and decides to try and stop and the ball comes out, it is still ruled a forward pass. What was taken out this year is the tuck rule, where it the qb starts to throw and then tries to tuck the ball back in and the ball comes out, then it is no longer ruled a forward pass but a fumble.

I'm in awe at how stupid Leslie Frazier was on that muffed punt. Every person within three rows of me knew he couldn't challenge on a change of possession (because it's reviewed anyway) but apparently our coach didn't. Not only did it cost hat 15 yards but it made it first and 25. Unbelievable.

According to the commentators we should have lost a timeout not 15 yards. so take it for what its worth.

Question: Which Vikings coach is responsible for noticing Jordan Cameron on the fake FG?
Answer: All of them!

It's very cathartic to have given up on Ponder. Those still holding on, I suggest trying it. It's like having someone remove a poison dart from your eyeball.

Just landed in Minneapolis. Anybody want to punch me in the balls? It'll take my mind off the score.

That's different, I'm talking about when the quarterback's arm is hit, they revised the rule this year.

Harrison Smith is our only real defensive player.

1st half thoughts: Apart from the interception, I don't see Ponder doing much to lose the game. He's done some good things where it counts, although the accuracy issues seem to still linger to some extent. That last play is on Loadholt. Dude is useless!

I haven't heard Xavier Rhodes' name called all day, I'm guessing that's a good thing. Hopefully we draft another shutdown corner to go along with him, cause the tag team clusterfark of AJ Jefferson and Josh Robinson just isn't getting it done! Sanford is a waste of space too. I tend to wonder if that's why the Browns weren't worried about revealing their starting QB as early in the week as they did, knowing they could throw on this crappy secondary at will. It's not like Leslie & Co. had a whole lot of film available on the guy.

I think we might have somewhat of our own version of Hoyer in MBT...wouldn't mind seeing what he has if Ponder is yanked.

Hoyer took the time out to ask if they want to score a touchdown on this play or to sustain a drive first.

Part of it is because he's inexplicably buried on the depth chart.
