This is coming at a great time for me. Four weeks ago, Wednesday (June 29) I had open heart surgery to replace my aortic valve. Obviously, it was a big deal, although I will say that the surgery, hospital stay, and subsequent recovery have gone very well. But it has meant some limitations in activity, which I am only starting to emerge from in the last week or so (did go out with a fraternity brother who was in town, and then for beer with another buddy in the last few days). I will be returning to my Psychology practice on Wednesday and Thursday, and try to hold things up despite Cardiac Rehab kicking my butt. But, hey, it is training camp season ...

I will make sure my phone is charged up so I can get some pictures.

My Viking's heart is full - and I wish we could all go - THAT would be a party.
