starting to see a lot of warning signs with Treadwell...

the hat deal

lack of speed at combine

now the Viking teammates have to fill his car with fruit snacks because he is parking in Teddy's spot...

Starting to think is going to be a boom or bust player....

Football is a team sport...

I have to admit a lot of my doubt has to do with our success at drafting
wide outs in the first round.

That slow, hat wearing, Teddy parking place stealing, fruit snack eating jerk. He'll never fit in with the rest of the team.

Pretty sure the fruit snacks thing was "hazing" on his 21st birthday

So you're saying he didn't eat any of the fruit snacks!? What a wasteful ####.

He probably did. Full of sugar. The fatty. No wonder he's the league's slowest receiver. No discipline.

If we had just traded him like I said, we would be done with this cancer. Now he's damaged goods and we probably would get a 6th at best.

I am not trying to make huge downgrade on the guy.. Believe me I hope he becomes a Mike Evans
for us. Its just with our previous misses at WR in the first round I am nervous about wideouts we choose.

With Patterson and Willamson the previous guys we choose was not credit. Harvin could have been great
but had a lot of personal issues and never stayed healthy (at least we dumped him off to Seattle for some good picks)
I am not going to blame Randy Moss for the owners stupidty(McCombs)

 And who were the Chiefs going to let him learn under? Phillip Gaines? They literally had nobody to fill that spot except Peters. So you can talk up Peters all you want but bottom line is, they were two complete different situations.

And? Your point?

Marcus Peters led the league in INTs. He was a day-one starter across from Sean Smith. He was the DROY. A Pro Bowler. A second-team All-Pro. He was flat-out a baller.

It sounds like you are trying to take away from what Peters did. Who cares if he didn't have to 'beat out' anyone to play across from Sean Smith. In fact, his production this season as a day-one starter is even MORE impressive.

I guarantee you Trae Waynes wouldn't have even CLOSE to the production Marcus Peters had last season if Waynes started on the Chiefs.

Marcus Peters was the best corner in that draft. Someone who I sorely wanted on the Vikings. I started coming around on Trae late last season, and have high hopes for him. However, without a DOUBT Marcus Peters is the better player.

I think PHP sometimes takes it personally if someone questions Rick's moves. I know a lot of people that wanted Peter's over Waynes. But Waynes is so fast and athletic!! Sometimes that doesnt mean squat, look at Twill and Flash (although maybe the gods will give CP84 a chance this year). Robinson was just as fast as Waynes, whats he doing? And whats with the Vikings picking CB's that cant catch a ball?

Its hard to blame Spielman.. The College coaching staff at (Washington??) made Peters out to be the biggest
cancer in the universe to any NFL scout who asked.. I am sure the staff lost a ton of credibility with NFL teams
when it turned out to look like a personal issue between Peters and the coaching staff.
