If Carlos Rogers was in on that play he'd have been three steps behind the ball.

He turns and sees it and instead of attacking he just runs alongside Alshon. He almost looks like he's been paid off or something--not to start a conspiracy theory or anything. He just looks THAT absurdly incompetent.

If someone told me that he had severely injured rotator cuffs and could not raise his arms above his head I might understand this messed up tic of his.
Man I thought the same thing!!!!!!!! He looked right at the ball and then turned away as soon as the ball got closer. And like you said, he did it over and over. That's weird right there. I never seen anything like that in my life. His rookie year, he showed potential before he got hurt. He did a good job defending Calvin Johnson and Vincent Jackson back in 2011. Now he's getting embarrassed by every WR he defends. Something does seem fishy about that but I'm not going to get into all that. I just find it impossible for a guy to be in position to make a play on the ball but refuses to stick his hand out and make a play. Is he scared or something? Like scared of getting hurt again?

the answer is actually really simple: chris cook is a horrible corner. not a single interception since he came into the league its pathetic.
