Settle down. That can also be explained by being told to hold onto the damn ball. He covered that up something fierce early. His first return today to start the game was normal.fiestavike wrote: He's started to turn his back and get low before the contact. I don't know if you have followed CJ's career but his demise was tied with his fear of contact. He started folding before he even got hit. Patterson is now doing the same. He's done.
Agreed. Easy to disguise that fire in college. It's too bad. Oh well.IrishViking wrote:I think no one could have accounted for the fact that Patterson doesn't seem to have the fire in him to play. He is good at returning. I think he is more than happy to sit back, return kick offs, and collect a decent size check for running maybe 5 plays a game.
I am right.dead_poet wrote:

I am having some doubts as well. He hasn't really taken command of the offense yet. In his defense, the OL gets him hit often, and that is really bad for a young QB to have to deal with.mosscarter wrote:the fact we are ahead at the half is a miracle we don't deserve to be. i'm beginning to believe teddy will be an average qb at best. he has yet to play a game this year that would make someone think that he has progressed into a second year qb.
Oh. Well ok then.fiestavike wrote: I am right.
I noted this in the offseason…its crossed the line now. He's just here for a paycheck.dead_poet wrote:
