They may have to make a decision about playing Bridgewater this season and while I know optimism is running high right now, we don't know what the season will bring, how the o-line or defense will perform, etc. If Cassel ends up as the starter and gets injured, the coaching staff is going to consider some of these same factors and whether they feel it's best to play Bridgewater sooner or later.

This is what worries me about TB. His accuracy goes way down further down the field he goes from what I have seen. "Having" to wear a glove for whatever reasons worries me a little. Bridgewater went on to throw 2 touchdowns, 266 yards, the team went 9-14 on 3rd downs and upset Florida in the sugar bowl.
I'm not saying this is proof that he'll be a great QB. Of course the effect of cumulative hits could still be a factor that could ultimately effect any QBs game but Bridgewater has demonstrated courage and toughness in quite a few of his college games and shows good pocket presence. He just doesn't throw a great deep ball yet.
