I never said it was a good throw. But Ponder isnt to completely blame for that.

Pushed it way wide right, wouldn't have made the 17 yarder much less a 57 yarder

I'd love a 57 yarder to definitively prove that the Blair Walsh Project is better than Legatron.

I think the question becomes, if Simpson was behind the sticks instead of in front of him, what would the pass have looked like. If you call a 10 yard come back and the WR only runs 8 yards and the QB throws a 10 yard come back, it's going to look like he made a bad throw when in actuality he threw the route called
