Wright had steps on him. A good throw and that may be a TD.

Purplekoolaid: you must drink something other than what your username alludes to during games, because you routinely makes posts that have no reflection whatsoever on what actually happened on the field.

Do you have poor vision or is it blurred by alcohol?

Tom Pelissero ‏@TomPelissero

#Bears are just chewing up the #Vikings' zone. That's where you attack -- outside the numbers, between CB and S. Marshall living there.

Its technically not a bad read. He has Wright with a LB on him, and Wright has his man beat.

The problem comes from the mechanics. To get the ball that deep the QB has to read it faster and get his legs into it. Ponder didn't do that and so it comes up well short. So short that two supporting Bears are the ones to actually make the play on the ball.

So I agree it was a valid read and Wright had his man beat, but Ponder was not in a position to make the throw, and the attempt itself was completely unnecessary given the down and distance.

Ponder can't make that play. Other QB's maybe, but not him. Next.

As good as AD is at running, he is poor at blocking, wow

Ponder couldn't do anything there. Legit rush.
