The good news is it is 20 days until the regular season opener. Would like to have those guys get reps, but at least they have time to heal.
LT/QB is the most concerning to me at this point. We've got depth to cover the other positions although it less than ideal.

Kalil
Strange about the Q's. Wish we knew what was going on, but that doesn't really matter.

I don't think it's that bad, I'm pretty sure if Sunday was a regular season game, Teddy, Kendricks, and Rhodes would be playing. Maybe even Floyd. Harris is really the one who seems to be long-term injured right now. It's nice that there's 10 days between Seattle and San Diego, if some of these guys aren't playing then, maybe it will be time to get concerned.

I think Zimmer needs to ease up just a little bit on the 1's in preseason or we aren't going to have anybody healthy.
And it's going to be a long regular season.

Some good news:
Chris Tomasson @christomasson
#Vikings activate TE Rhett Ellison from PUP list. He will practice today.
Chris Tomasson @christomasson
#Vikings have four tight ends that could make the 53-man in Rudolph, Ellison, Pruitt, Morgan. Mike Zimmer said last week could keep four.

Andrew Krammer @Andrew_Krammer
Taylor Heinicke is out of the walking boot now. Remains on non-football injury list. #Vikings
Some tweets from Chris Tomasson @christomasson:
Zimmer said most important to get the offensive line right even if taking some time to finalize starters
Zimmer said he has made a decision on if Peterson will play in preseason but won't tell media
Zimmer said media would kill him if he played an injured player in preseason and got further hurt
Zimmer won't confirm a bridgewater shoulder injury
Matt Kalil. Back with first team
Shaun hill left ankle taped glove on left hand threw deep twice to Patterson

I thought so too.
Bridgewater resumed throwing in practice today too, although he was still limited:
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300000 ... witter_atn
The Minnesota Vikings are treating Teddy Bridgewater with caution.
The team's starting quarterback resumed throwing Tuesday after sitting out last week's preseason tilt against the Seahawks with a shoulder issue. Bridgewater, though, was restricted to passes inside of 15 yards, skipping the portion where "quarterbacks chucked deep balls," per The Star Tribune's Matt Vensel, who noted that "some of the shorter throws he made noticeably lacked a little velocity."
Apparently, Zimmer wouldn't say if Bridgewater will suit up again this preseason.

I don't quite know how to take this. It doesn't fill me with warm fuzzies.
Zimmer on Matt Kalil: "He has been as good as any of the offensive linemen we have right now.'' Everson Griffen says Kalil playing best ever

It does sound a bit like damning with faint praise, doesn't it?

If this means no Line, I'm down for that.

Poor Zach Line has become the Rodney Dangerfield of the offense.

He is not that good, Jim... Morgan has shown mr more blocking than Line ever did.
Cold is temporary. Purple Pride is forever.

I swear there is a play where he blocks one of our own lineman. Not hits the guy in the back, runs square into his chest. I was going to go back with gamepass and watch it but forgot.
It might have been a broken play/miscommunication but I've seen him whiff enough times to question why he's needed.

I remember the play but not the game. It wasn't his best moment!

He's improved a lot since his early games with the team, where he was pretty bad. He's actually developed into a pretty solid (and versatile) fullback at this point. His blocking still needs to get better but I think he brings more value than a 4th TE would bring. He opened quite a few holes for Peterson last season and showed a real physicality at the point of attack.
