Maybe my perception was skewed, but it seems like they were there within about a second and a half. It didn't look like they gave Ponder a lot of time on that play.

The 2011 QB draft is turning out to be awful. Gabbert, Locker and Ponder are all not very good. Kaepernick is one of the worst QB's in the league this year as well.

You my friend are right. Atleast when freeman played he did just that. Now if only it they wouldn't have all been 3ft too high. That can be corrected though..... With proper coaching which were clearly lacking.

Proper coaching won't fix Ponder. He doesn't have the ability.
