I don't care who it upsets, Bridgewater has GREAT games and AWFUL games, he is very sporadic. Sometimes it is the QB's fault. Sometimes it's the lines fault, sometimes the receivers aren't doing squat but that pick was a very bad throw and on no one other than Teddy. Lets hope he can redeem himself.Crax wrote: Of course. The main thing annoying me is the no TD's to make up for the INT's. Everyone throws some, but you need to put up TD's too. Our passing game didn't do much that half and it wasn't the lines fault either. Protection seems fine this game.

He was 100% open. And Teddy threw it right over his head and out of bounds. Another terrible throwyezzir wrote: Wide open?! He was out of bounds when the ball got to him.

Yes I would be.....like I said, no QB is 100% interception proof. I stand by my statement. lolPondering Her Percy wrote: But if Christian Ponder threw that ball, what would you be doing right now?? I can bet money you wouldn't be defending him. It's a terrible decision. Not much time left before half and Diggs was never close to being open

Close games build character. It's a young team and really the play reflects a tied game. Let's see what they can do in the 2nd half. Red zone efficiency will be key.

Tentative Teddy.....
Re: Vikings @ Bears Game Day Discussion Thread -- Week 8
Agreed. Jarius Wright was just about to break open on that play. TB chose the underneath guy like he always does. That cost the team. The kid has barely been in the league and he is already starting to become predictable.S197 wrote:Disappointed with Bridgewater, if you're going to only be a game manager you can't make those throws.

We out played them stat wise. Just need to put points up if you want to win. You can't settle for field goals when you should be scoring TD's

You DONT understand. EVERY play is the definitive representation of the sort of player Bridgewater will be. A forced pass to his best receiver is not an example of a Young QB going to his comfort zone. It is utter proof of a lifetime of sub par play that awaits him.

Aren't there usually games on CBS at this time? Didn't see any at noon last week either.
Re: Vikings @ Bears Game Day Discussion Thread -- Week 8
It's a tie game early in the 3rd quarter... it's not time to panic.

Glad Zim laid into them. Offense looks lazy. It's embarrassing.
