Re: Vikings @ Bears Game Day Discussion Thread -- Week 8
Our passing offense should be better than this today. Teddy is getting plenty of time to make good throws. AP is running well. Wallace is dropping passes.
Teddy has seemed hesitant to throw it. The one time he steps into one it's a bad decision.

Of course. The main thing annoying me is the no TD's to make up for the INT's. Everyone throws some, but you need to put up TD's too. Our passing game didn't do much that half and it wasn't the lines fault either. Protection seems fine this game.ThePiper wrote:Some of you guys crack me up. Wide open?! He was out of bounds when the ball got to him.VikingPaul73 wrote: And when Wallace is wide open in the end zone, you HAVE to make those throws....
Of course, Wallace probably would have dropped it anyway
Re: Vikings @ Bears Game Day Discussion Thread -- Week 8
Wallace is terrible.
The INT was a bad decision/throw.
You have to believe the wind is playing a big factor in the passing game for both teams.
AD looks great.

The absolute worst way to end the half and they did it! YAY! Never fail to fail, Vikings.

He was open, he had to jump to even get a hand on that ball and foot was out when he landed. That was a bad throw and Wallace had separation thereyezzir wrote: Wide open?! He was out of bounds when the ball got to him.

But if Christian Ponder threw that ball, what would you be doing right now?? I can bet money you wouldn't be defending him. It's a terrible decision. Not much time left before half and Diggs was never close to being openThePiper wrote:Some of you guys crack me up. Please name me a QB that doesnt ever throw an interception or makes bad decisions? The saddest thing in life is wasted talent and the choices you make will shape your life forever.

Against an absolutely AWFUL Bears defense.Crax wrote: Of course. The main thing annoying me is the no TD's to make up for the INT's. Everyone throws some, but you need to put up TD's too. I've officially given up on Teddy B. Ponder 2.0

Vikings are going to lose. I'm usually very optimistic, but I'm not feeling it for them today.

Defense playing well.
Offense needs to string a good drive together.
