Is it just me that thought that was huge PI on Devin? The Bears arms was going throurgh Devins while the ball was coming down. Nor was his head turned to the ball.

He may have gotten the call if he had jumped up to make a play on that ball instead of falling backwards hoping the ball would land in his lap.

that should have been a defensive PI in the endzone on that deep ball - his arms were hit down before the ball even got there.
