Based on rosters, this game shouldn't be close.
Unfortunately, the Vikings' tendency to poop the bed in Soldier Field makes this a pick-em affair. I have to believe our defense is good enough to stop the Bears. In my opinion, the Vikings need to sell out to stop the run. Trubisky is making his first start ... the Vikings should welcome the idea of making a rookie quarterback beat them.

I would just as soon had Glennon start, he wa brutally bad and we had film on him. But I still like our chances against Trubisky, Vikes win 24-13

#Vikings rookie DT Jaleel Johnson active for his first game tonight. We'll see how much run he gets. Stephen active, dealing w/ back injury.
Lets see what the kid can do. Hope he gets playing time.

This should be a 30-10 win "on paper." The Vikings struggles at Soldier Field will end tonight, but it will be an ugly slug fest. Vikings win 20-17.

I thought the same thing last week VS DET. I believe the Vikings defense will control the run except for a couple of 15-20 yd runs. It really comes down to the Vikings offense. If they can score, it shouldn't be close.

Trubisky looks sharp, but keep in mind this whole first drive is scripted. He'll have to adjust to Zimmer's adjustments.

All he has to do is throw the ball to whoever Waynes is covering. He is our worst cover CB

Nice couple of plays by Johnson.
Good stand by defense to force a punt.
