See, this is what people feared when Nike took over the uniforms. I have not seen a single legitimate comment that says people like these. This makes the league look like a comical joke than a serious business.

Yea, Im not a big stiff when it comes to alternative uniforms, but these, these just plain suck.

They should just go the next step and have the players paint their skin and faces the same color.

That's what I fear! I'd rather seem the go with all white...

It's possible it could be all purple though. I don't really want to see that either but it would be a lot more palatable.

Not sure what more they'd change to that look to make it a "color rush" jersey unless they went all yellow or white.

They could always tweak the design a bit. The color rush uniforms go the extra mile so the socks, cleats, sleeves (if players wore them)... everything would be purple.

As I said, my fear is they would go with yellow but they haven't gone with a team's secondary color in every case so who knows?

I'm still hoping they'll just bail on the entire idea...

By the way, what was up with Ravens wearing gold pants yesterday?

The Ravens looked stupid yesterday. I hate monochrome uniforms. They are ok every once in a while, but it's stupid now. I hate Nike and what they are doing to the NFL. Why Goodell is allowing this baffles me, although he is probably too busy fining players for honoring their parents or having too much of their skin showing to care.

Not all color rush uniforms look bad.
