I'm really looking forward to this stretch of the schedule because we're going to find out if the Vikes have a team that's just capable of winning against the NFL's weaker competition or if they're ready to beat some winning teams. They're in the playoff hunt now. We're about to find out if they deserve to stay there.
Its a fair question. I do think the margin for error is small with this team, but since every game in the NFL is tough, I'm not sure how many teams that beat the weaker teams consistently aren't able to compete against the better teams. In other words, I think its clear this is a good team (not great) that won't be an easy out for any team. If you take care of the weaker teams and take care of your home field, you have a good chance to be a playoff contender.

Yes, and the Vikes should be good enough to win some of these upcoming games. I don't expect them to sweep these next 6 but I don't expect them to go 0-6 either. They should be competitive in all of them and honestly, if they come out of this stretch any worse than 3-3, I'll be disappointed.

They should beat the Rams. We beat them on the road in the opener last year in convincing fashion with a struggling Matt Kalil on the OL, but a healthy Sullivan and Loadholt. (I can't recall if Fusco had torn his pec yet or not.) That was then, this is now, and Todd Gurley is a weapon, but their passing attack is not strong.

On the flip side, neither is our passing offense and our OL issues will be front and center. Still, I do not see this Front 7 as talented as what Denver served up and we made a game of it in Mile High. Also Denver has a superior secondary to what St. Louis will put on the field. We will definitely have a challenge, but based on the past performance and the fact this game is at home, the Vikings should be favored to win this one. I'm not taking St. Louis lightly, I can see plenty of reasons for them to beat us, but given how we did in Mile High, I really think we should expect to win this one. This could be a game where Mike Wallace gets back on track...

The game against the Packers is setting up to be huge. The winner will likely take the lead in the NFC North and depending on how the rest of the season goes, we could be set up for a show down for all the marbles in week 17.

Yes, and imo, that is the kind of emotional battle against a division rival that can really forge a teams iron in anticipation of the playoffs.

Yea, I would envision the Vikings going 4-2 or above in these coming weeks.

Right now the injuries are my big worry, up to this point it was OL

I am not worried about Teddy ..he steps up when needed and wins games
He is young and will only get better.

I just want to see the Vikings beat the Rams, not because I dislike the Rams, but it will tell me/analysts if the Vikings are really legit this year. I have been holding my breath all season long. This game today is about as important as they come, and I think the Vikings know this.

Well, here we are, a third of the way through the storm, looking pretty darned good at 2-0.

Bring on the Pukers, who now need to beat US to keep from falling two games back with six to play.

How good does THAT sound?

Based on the last two and half weeks I could see 5-1 during the stretch.. the one loss being Cardinals

Seattle isn't the same Win

Falcons are loosing steam Win

Green Bay losing to Detroit at home a month of losing possibly Win

10-3 after Arizona Loss

Bears win

Giants win

Packers ??? who knows Detroit beat them at home so maybe win

so that gives us division at 12-4 or 13-3

I would have never guessed 13-3 was possible at all after our start this season
