I'm not sure what that has to do with the line play. It was a good scheme against Atlanta and it worked. Line play still sucked.

Oh, for crying out loud. Ponder "apologists"? Really? Honestly, guys. There is no such thing. He's a third string QB and he's still the whipping boy. Yes, he sucks. But so does the fact that both Cassel and Bridgewater are hurt. And Rudolph. And the OL is unsurprisingly a hot, inconsistent mess. Don't even get me started on the defensive line play. This team put up a big ol' stinker tonight. But please, let's throw down on our third string QB.

Ponder has certainly played worse than he did tonight. We had a lot of problems in this game, of which he was only 1.
