There is no question whatsoever. His 3 Eagles years were kinda meh, except for the TD's (hence the "all he does is catch touchdowns" line from Buddy Ryan). Inconsistency caused at least in part by his drug and alcohol abuse. I don't think the Eagles years are even enough to warrant an inset. As to the Dolphins, throwaway seasons to end a career are always ignored.

Let's see here 1987-89 Philadelphia Eagles • 1990-2001 Vikings • 2002 Miami Dolphins, that is two years with the Eagles, 11 years with the Vikings and one year with the Dolphins. Pretty sure it will be with the Vikings.

AD should have got comeback player of the year. a blown acl and 9 yards short of breaking eric dickersons record ? what peyton manning did wasnt nearly as amazing.

I thought AD was ineligible for comeback player since he only missed a few games.

AD winning the MVP is awesome and I expected it, but CC getting into the HOF caught me by surprise. I guess I've just gotten used to him not getting in year after year, so it was a bit of a shocker when I was checking the news to see if Peterson got the MVP and oh hey, btw Chris Carter is now in the HOF. Bonus!

Still, I'd probably trade them both away for a shot at playing in the Super Bowl tonight

He came in second in the voting, he was definitely eligible.

As an Ohio State fan and a Vikings fan, I'm very pleased that CC FINALLY is enshrined in the Hall. The Greatest Hands in League History.

Now, can the veteran's committee get it together and get Mick Tinglehoff and Jim Marshall in the HOF?

Now that Robinson made it this year, they should be coming into the era when Tinglehoff and Marshall played.
Way overdue.

CC's achievement was well worth the wait, finally, his great achievements have been recognised. Incredible day, as if I couldn't be prouder to be a Vike as it is, long live the purple pride
