Ok so last season 3-13 was a fluke? Or Fraizer is a really fast learner? Or we had an excellent draft, and a FB that helped, instead of hindered AD? I think it was a little of both, but again not CoTY stuff. And if he handled PH fne, after the world saw PH blowing up at Fraizer, how come its still an issue (at least to some)?
The board rarely, if ever, has a single mind or wholly agrees about anything. Some thought Frazier should/would be replaced, some never bought into it and some apparently changed their minds.And by a few wins i meant, this board went from firing Fraizer and who we would get to replace him, and the same with Ponder.
Who said that and what does that have to do with being COTY?And now all of a sudden Fraizer has the most important role of a team figured out (the QB) when he didnt before?
Again, dire or not, what does the QB situation have to do with the overall quality of the coaching? If you consider it that dire, all that does is speak to the job Frazier must have done with the team as a whole. The COTY isn't the coach who has the most settled, solved QB situation. Head coaches coach teams, not just QBs.Again we got a little luck and luckily didnt have to reley on Ponder. But to me it just isnt good coaching. Nor is it all Fraizers fault. But im still not on the Fraizer bandwagon. I rarely change my opion of someone until I see concrete proof, i dont go game to game. Our QB situation is dire, and saying Webb will fight for the backup role doesnt solve a thing.

There were a couple of other turnaround teams like the Colts and Redskins, but those victories can be easily attributed to their new QB. I would think voters would realize its easier to affect the win/loss probability with a strong QB than a strong RB. (which is also the primary reason why AD should be MVP.) The fact that the Vikings found ways to win 10 games, entry into the playoffs, despite our shortcomings is more impressive than Arians and other coaches. While I would never defend Frazier on a game by game basis or recommend we extend him for 10 years, I cannot deny that the Vikings put a lot of things together this year that are somewhat inexplicable, and when inexplicable changes happen you have to give credit to the HC. Even though I couldn't explain what he actually did.
