Like Webb they need to get him on the field more. Who do we want out there, our backup tight ends, a third receiver, or Gerhart? Two back sets? Put him in at fullback now and then. (and before anyone pulls the race card, or goes bananas, no one is suggesting they convert him to a fullback...at least he'd get on the field then though!)
