That's awesome! If true, Phil took a huge cut that makes his upside far more worth taking a chance on. An incentive laden deal makes a ton of sense in this case. He's undoubtedly been tendered at the "low" level, $1.6 million. A 2013 undrafted free agent, Line emerged as the Vikings' lead blocker last season, playing 223 snaps.
