Re: Week 2: Vikings @ Colts Game Thread
Musgrave and Frasier have ZERO confidence in Ponder. He is so hobbled and leashed in the first half.
Re: Week 2: Vikings @ Colts Game Thread
No one besides Harvin targeted in the first two drives.Crax wrote:Is Ponder ever looking beyond read 1 so far?
Edit: Unless you count the Gerhart screen.
Re: Week 2: Vikings @ Colts Game Thread
It's hard to tell by just watching the TV broadcast. Keep in mind, if his first read is open he's supposed to throw the ball to him.Crax wrote:Is Ponder ever looking beyond read 1 so far?

should be harvin.FailedtoOpen wrote:Who is the Vikings deep threat? Rudolph? Jenkins? They don't have a deep ball team.

Jenkins has a catch.S197 wrote: No one besides Harvin targeted in the first two drives.

Now, which one of those guys is as versatile as Harvin?Purplemania wrote: Calvin Johnson
Julio Jones

Ron Gronks
Dez Bryant (ugh)
Adrian peterson
Larry Fitzgerald
Greg Jennings (ugh)
Mike Wallace
Brandon Marshall
LeSean McCoy
Arian Foster
Ray Rice
Andre Johnson
Miles Austin
D-Mac
Okay not exactly 20 and the list was tough lol but point being I love Harvin, I just don't think he's even remotely close to being the best offensive weapon out there.

Dude hes thrown to 1 guy! We aernt talking deep ball, just something maybe over 10 yrds. Mustgrave wont call it cause he sucks as much as Ponder. Theres no trust there. Luck, a rookie, is pressured almost evry play but still can make a read and throw the ball.FailedtoOpen wrote:Who is the Vikings deep threat? Rudolph? Jenkins? They don't have a deep ball team.

Hey we got 3 more points!!!

Re: Week 2: Vikings @ Colts Game Thread
Yeah, I was just wondering if anyone is noticing it. It is hard to tell. When he scrambled outside and harvin was covered and he took off running, I wasn't sure if he checked elsewhere or just decided since harvin was covered, to run.Mothman wrote: It's hard to tell by just watching the TV broadcast.
