Jim, on the Mac, get to the screen you want to capture and then hit cmd-shift-4 simultaneously.
This will give you a "crosshair". Simply drag the part of the screen you want to capture and let go.
The screen capture will then show up on your desktop with a funky date-time filename.

Thank you, I appreciate the offer to help although I actually knew the key commands. I use them all the time to capture reference.

Re: Sacks, Pressures and Scrambles
Okay, here are a few screencaps to illustrate the kind of pressure Ponder saw from the Cardinals defense.
In each case, the first shot is about 1 second into the play. Shots 2 and 3 basically represent me releasing the pause button and then hitting again (so 1/2 to 1 second of playing time at most).
The first play is from the :50 second mark of the second quarter. Here's what I wrote above:
:50
1st and 10 (MN 13)
Ponder drops back. Interior line collapses. Ponder scrambles up the middle (to the left) for 2 yards.
Conclusion: Ponder made something out of nothing and had little choice on this play.

The second play is from the 10 minute mark of the 4th quarter. Again, here's the description from the OP above:
10:00
3rd and 5 (MN 18)
Ponder in the shotgun. Cardinals get pressure up the middle again. Ponder has nowhere to go and he is sacked in about 3 seconds. Nick Eason (sp?) beats Sullivan's block easily.
Conclusion: another case of poor pass protection and a breakdown in the middle.
Note: the second shot is from about the 2 second mark (after the snap).

Well, those pics only represent two plays but yes, Kalil is as advertised. He's proving to be just what the Vikes needed at left tackle in pass protection.
