Get rid of Cassel and Ponder. Cassel is a good teammate but I'm tired of these game manager types being on the roster. If Teddy ends up being the long term answer at QB then bring someone in to back him up that doesn't cause the offense to take three steps backwards if they have to spot start him ...

Dumb it down? Four games in and we need to start reinventing the wheel? That's ridiculous. Completely new systems on both sides of the ball. It's a results oriented league but have some patience.
