The #Vikings have given Pro Bowl LB Andrew Van Ginkel a 1-year, $23M extension to keep him in Minnesota in a deal done by agent Drew Rosenhaus.

I think KOC had enough of them 3rd and 1 that we couldn’t convert on last season. At least they recognized that there was a problem that needed fixed.

I think I would sooner try and go with JJ and Jones “AKA Danny Dimes” next year.
It will be interesting to see where JJ is at next season as far as QB skills.

I still think some QB needy team could be interested in Sam. He had a great season except against the Rams and Lions.

Is Daniel Jones about to pull a Nick Foles and win the Vikings a Bowl.

We lost the first matchup by a field goal with seconds on the clock. Anxious to see how much we have improved.

I think we have to let the season play out to see what will be done with Sam.
There is probably a few options. I’m sure Jones and Sam have already compared notes on the New York teams. :whistle:

It was good seeing Kirk throwing some balls to the Vikings again.
What a game Darnold had. Some of his throws were amazing. Addison and Jets what a tandem in today’s game.

At least we get a look at him for the rest of the season at an affordable price.
And pick up another backup with experience.
Seems like a no brainer.
Dimes gets to throw to some quality receivers.

Surprising given the apparent depth at CB, but Evans never seemed to put it all together and I suspect he was difficult to coach.

Romo’s kicking won that game for us. Long snapper done a great job too.

You hate to see injuries. And it’s even worse when it’s our best lineman.

Who would have thought we would be 5-0 at the bye.
Now if KOC is the coach they are saying he is. Hopefully over the bye he will work on addressing some of our shortcomings. We need consistency for a whole game on offense, just not a half.
