Christian Ponder did a Jake Cutler that will cost an un prepared Joe Webb his career....i know you have to be ready at all times as a "back up" but 2 hrs before a playoff game and you have not played all year?

embarrassing, ponder has had that same injury since college.....kept him out of two bowl games. why haven't they got that worked on yet?
