Re: Vikings Draft Snapshot
It is good info. But dude why do you quote the whole post and only say that. Just agree or put you argument to them with the quote. Not trying to be an ####, but it is what it is.

Re: Winfield released
Take the emotion out of it guys. If crocs can survive in a lava filled river then the Vikings will. 36 years old lost of money due it's a business.

Re: Vikings vs Packers (again) for Jennings
I wouldn't mind Jennings but is he a true #1? He would be on the Vikings roster. Sign him and trade our 25th to AZ for Fritz. They can move up and get the G man and we get our true #1. With Jennings and Fritz we just made a big leap.

Re: Lack of Confidence in Ponder final straw for Percy Harvi
He's throwing Ponder under the bus, so what, IMO it was the coaching staff and FO. To bad cause I don't think either are that bad. But all in all it was a win win as far as a trade goes. It might be cold in MN but man I couldn't handle that rain everyday of the year. Good luck on your migraines.

Re: Winfield for Harvin?
My money says they're both gone next year. Although the reality of the situation with Winfield may make him restructre I just have this gut feeling that Harvin is history. I think we might be getting the 30th first round pick in return.

Re: Chris Johnson Thinks He Will Outrush Peterson in 2013
I don't have a problem with it either. What should he say? AD said he wants to rush for 2,500 yards next season.
Whether CJ or AD or anyone else will hit their goals is another story entirely, but it's not surprising they talk about it and they see each other as rivals, as both recently put up ...

Re: Where do you stand on the Percy Harvin situation
Well I say trade him. It's either the coach,QB, or offense we run. With NE running a heavy TE set and Welker getting alot of touches I suppose it's the fact that AD gets his touches. So it's down to something he doesn't like and to be real I don't think it's money. The Vikes have proven to redo ...

Re: Rudolph Pro Bowl MVP!
Watched it and it was a good game for an exhibition. Kalil having to play RT most of the game was a little annoying but heck who cares. I bet TG is kicking himself in the arse about now. Could have gotten a 50k check and a new Escalade!

Re: Mark Craig: Vikings compare favorably to NFC champ 49ers
Qb and Coach being the biggest differences.
No way our coaching staff would ever make a ballsy QB change like that.
Smith would be game managing the remote right now with the rest of the 49ers if they hadn't given the job to Kaepernick... Talk about a jump... Smith was 6-2-1 when he got injured ...

I don't know any of the cap implications but Harvin for Revis straight up would not be a bad trade.

Look I am a life long Viking fan and a life long NFL fan. To me Rudolph doesn't have the numbers to be a pro bowler... sorry but it is just my opinion.

Re: Ponder wants Simpson to return
I don't know if he is a true number one or not. But there seems to be quite a few available in the draft this year. The only receiver the Vikings have that needs to be so so in blocking is the true number one... whoever that is. The rest of the receiving corps better know how to get and keep blocks.

Re: Souhan: Ownership got it right with coach and culture
Favre is a gunslinger, gunslingers work on a proven veteran team but not a rebuilding one. It was on Mike and Mike last week they were talking to one of Brady's first OC's. They wouldn't let him throw a pass over 20 yards even in practice until his second year. Heck Drew Hensen beat him out at ...

Re: Souhan: Ownership got it right with coach and culture
Give the kid a WR that is a true number one. AR sat behind Favre for years, Favre was traded out of Atlanta. Brady drafted in the 6th round. If there is a position you need patience it is the QB position. Bottom line he was the QB for a 10-6 team.

Re: Adrian wants to return kicks
Situational only. Just putting him back there is going to scare the bee jesus out of any special teams unit. Put Scherrels at the 10 and let the opposing team decide. Especially if the kicker can't get a touch back.
