What a great turnaround this season. From 3 wins to 8 and a potential playoff spot. Excellent construction of the team by the front office!

Most interesting to me is that 42 of the 58 players weren't with the team when they played the NFC title game just three years ago.

If you look at a similar chart three years from now you'll see fewer than 1/2 of the 37 players picked up in 2011 and 2012, so don't get too excited yet about the ...
